We are Reed Specialist Recruitment Limited trading as Gateway to Work. We are part of the Reed Group of companies (We/Us/Our).
WHO YOU ARE
You are a student who is aged 14 years or older who is registered with a school which has signed up for the Gateway to Work Course. (You/ Yours)
THE GATEWAY TO WORK COURSE
We created, own and provide the Gateway to Work Course (Course) which is a digital programme including online material and other documents designed to support You in Your career planning. The Course is designed to run for 2-4 years, however, You are free to complete it at Your own pace. We may amend the content of the Course if required by law or if We believe it is appropriate, but We cannot make changes that will materially affect the nature or quality of the Course.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We (or a third party) own all the rights in the materials and documents in the Course that You will have access to. You cannot copy, change, publish or share the Course and its contents with anyone.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using Our site, You confirm that You accept these terms of use and that You agree to comply with them. If You do not agree to these terms, You must not use our site. We amend these terms from time to time. Every time You wish to use our site, please check these terms to ensure You understand the terms that apply at that time.

ACCESS TO THE COURSE
An email address must be assigned to You by Your school. A Customer Success Manager will contact You to help with the onboarding process.
CHARGES AND PAYMENT
Your school will pay Your enrolment fee for this Course.
PROMOTION OF PRODUCTS
We may contact You to inform You about relevant similar products or services within Our Group. You can stop receiving promotional communications at any time by contacting Us.
WARRANTIES
We cannot guarantee that the website will always be available and free from errors or viruses. Accreditation of the course may be varied or withdrawn at any time. The Course will not generate any work opportunities for You.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
It is Your responsibility to protect Your own computers against any viruses and malware. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your passwords and account. You are also responsible for all activity occurring under Your account. You agree that you will let Us know immediately if there has been any unauthorized use of Your account or any other breach of security.
LIABILITY
We are not liable for any losses, damages, costs and/or expenses arising from events outside Our reasonable control, (whether direct or indirect) provided that nothing will exclude or limit liability which by law cannot be excluded or limited.
TERMINATION
We may terminate Your account with immediate effect: a) if We are notified of Your breach of these Terms or b) if We are notified of You allowing the unauthorised access and/ or use of the Course and its materials by a third party or c) if We have reason to believe that the You have breached any licence rights or any third party rights in connection with the Course and the materials.
JURISDICTION
These terms of use are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
